Bov acting funny

This has been going on for a while. I have a crushed 1g dsm bov and it sounds like it is releasing rapidly at part throttle. I changed the bov to a hks and still did it so I put the dsm bov back on. Just wondering if anybody else has this issue and if they fixed it and how.

I have blow thru set up with the bov venting to atmosphere.

Pretty sure everyone's does this. Mine does it.

Pretty sure it's just the fact the at part throttle, as the plate closes periodically, the BOV gets a vacuum signal to the diaphragm and releases the air rapidly.
