whats the stock fuel pressure of the 3s? if its 43.5 (3 bar) then you need to set the fuel pressure to 37.5 to get 510cc

Yes, you'll need about 38 psi. I'm not sure why you'd do this though, 40cc is very easily accounted for by pretty much every AFC made.
