Things at work have finally calmed down a bit where I can sneak in and get some projects done. One is the engine coffee table that Ulrich has been patiently waiting for the last few months. I learned a lot doing the first one and had several ideas for the next.
He provided the block which turns out is a remanned turbo block from mitsu. Pulled this off the block and plan on reattaching it once the table is finished. too bad they fucked it up! I'll show what happened later.
First off is disassembly!
Saving the oiling rings this time. After the piston is coated I'll put them back on. Minor detail that'll look neat.
Pulling all the alignment pins out, these 2 for the axle were a bitch.
Ended up just cutting them off.
Everything disassembled and ready for burnoff!
