Who made the manifold blanks? Is it 50 for both of them?

Yes, $50 for both + shipping. I believe they are from Geddes Machine: Geddes Auto Machine in Colorado Springs, CO | 4610 Austin Bluffs Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO
