    GMB Water pumps..

Has anyone heard of em? Im not big when it comes to companies names and what not but I am in the need of a 120k tune and I've foundd whats suppose to be a brand new GMB OE Replacement water pump for only 50.00.. Is this brand worth anything? The sites saying the original price was 171.00 so if they're any good I'll pick it up and make it mine..

I just put one in my F150. So far, so good. I got it local with a warantee though and the water pump is easy to replace on that. I think those are china pumps although it could be Japan. I would only install a Japanese made pump in my stealth.

Edit- I should also mention that the water pump on the truck isn't timing chain/belt driven, so failure does not = serious engine damage as it would on our cars.

I would go with this. You can get an OEM 60k kit from IPS or whatever for around $400. That will have water pump, timing belt, tensioner, everything.

really? wow.. I was on 3SX and they were wanting 200.00 for just the pump.. I was like shit, this is gonna suck..

Edit: If you were referring to IPS Motorsports its showing they don't even have a water pump for our cars..

The whole 60k kit is $450 shipped. It includes the water pump.

Also would you rather pay $450 now, or pay $2000 down the line becuase of not doing preventative maintenance?
