"same as" or "OEM like" are not the case in most situations.

    Last line
This product is in a BeckArnley package, note that the part may have been manufactured by an independent BeckArnley supplier and the number on the part may differ from the number on the package.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Thats what it says word for word..

"BeckArnley is an original equipment brand that partners with other manufacturers to supply the parts that cars were originally built with."

May not be ours but does anyone know if these are bad?

There are 4 very reputable shops that are on this forum that you may want to PM or ask in their sponsor sections about this subject.

I have but only two 3s cars worth of experience with. They have hundreds and many years. For the most art I have seen it repeated over and over to stay oem with the water and oil pump, the tensioner and idlers.

Ask Ray, Chris, Matt, ..., ..., their advice on this subject. Though they may have one alternate brand for one or the other part, I am confident they will all say you can't go wrong with the oem stuff.

Just not worth the $40 - $70 savings on a gamble of a 2k rebuild.

Oil pump isn't due till 120k. Not needed for the 60k service unless your being very anal. Just go OEM. If you don't you will regret it later.
