block off one turbo with a rubber pipe cap. Then build a circular pressure tester for the other side like this:

    Intake Leak Pressure Tester

go to the hardware store and buy a valve stem and a pvc cap

drill a hole in the cap and push the valve stem through it. then just remove the ic pipe going to the maf and put in the pvc cap. pressurize and bam your done.
    the basic go fast bits...

Block off the least accessible turbo, then fit a cap with a valve stem onto the other.

Be VERY careful that those caps don't blow off the turbo and fly around - I did a similar tester for my evo and somewhere around 25psi the cap popped off. Scared the peanuts out of me. The black couplers should be right near the PVC caps.

I have a Rob Beck pressure tester that fits in the stock air bubble. I ended up getting a 3.5" to 3" reducer and a 3" cap so I can pressure test my blow-through setup. I couldn't even build any pressure because it was leaking out my MAF sensor so I'm going to see how well I can get it to seal up. You can build a pressure tester pretty easily just block one of the turbos off.
