lowering springs on an sl

is there really a difference in the springs for a 3/s with and without ecs?
supposed to be getting some springs here soon, want to see if there will be any issues

ECS rear spring seem to have a larger diameter than the non-ECS springs. I had Intrax springs I tried to put on my ES and they wouldn't sit in spring seats on the rear struts. Didn't even try the fronts after that.

I didn't know the ES had ECS

ES didn't. I got the springs off eBay and the only thing I could think of is that the springs fit the ECS springs. The ECS spring had a bigger diameter than the non-ECS spring perch.

so replacing springs on a 3/s with ecs shouldn't be a problem?
at least as far as fitment?
guess i'll just try them and see how if it works out
