Im picking up a new bov, either tial qr or alpha q, havent decided which yet (anyone have any input feel free to let me know)..

    Based on this video,

The tial sounds stellar and you will need an 11 pd spring .. IDK anything about the Alpha .. The engines vac pressure is 22 .. Sometimes I see an occasional 24 ..

I see -19hg on smooth idle at 700rpm. Have seen it as low as -26hg on hard overrun. As the ISC valve moves to alter engine speed it will alter the vacuum at idle.

My idle sits at 1000, its been high since I got the car. The biss screw doesn't change it either.. Seeing my vacuum at 16hg is kinda unsettling after seeing that most people have around 21.

    Thanks for your input

Wow, I must have a leak somewhere still then, I usually only see -15 to -17 in/hg

Service manual for 91' has vac listed as 19/hg. My car is mostly stock so a small vac leak is afoot somewhere.

92'-99' has it listed as a minimum of 18/hg
