Mate I can't remember as it was ages ago when I looked into doing this. I can't find my resources either. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you.

This should be it though. Just make sure you have the right resistor and the diode the correct way around. Make sure the OBD port end is plugged inot the correct pins.
