Try having your mom go to her menu> phone settings> security (you'll be prompted for a security code which will be the last four of her CTN/phone number)> call restrictions> contact list only.

I believe that option is available on that phone. For the time being, the only people that will be able to get a hold of her on that phone will be the people in her phone book.

This was on the news just recently its a scam using some very good phone number masking or disposable VOIP accounts just tell them to call the cops and they will leave you alone or tell them to call your lawyer and talk to them even if you don't have one

This is one of the things that make it so epic. You can harass, threaten, and jam these people into oblivion and there isn't a damn thing they can do about it. Lucky for me, I too have an Ace (or more) in the hole.

I finally just told my mom that if they call again and I am not around to let it go unanswered. If they leave a different call back number than the ones you have given me I will let you know Al. Once I am around for a phone call to answer it they are going to be bombed with words and threats that Satan himself wouldn't even utter. They like to make empty threats, I can do the same damn thing.

Brian, these guys are based out of California. I've also got three numbers they use under their making number. I've issued one call to them so far. I still suggest you text me your mom's number so I can get to the bottom of it with them. It would be a damn shame if the number calling them was that of FBI headquarters in California wishing to speak them about the harassments against your mother...

I still suggest you text me your mom's number so I can get to the bottom of it with them. It would be a damn shame if the number calling them was that of FBI headquarters in California wishing to speak them about the harassments against your mother...
