Great looking build. Love the retention of all the factory stuff (heat shields, covers, etc). Not the way I would have done it when I was 18, but 7 years later... Yeah.

Yea, I have different themes for all of my 3/S's. Some are show/go... some are just go. This one is a bit of both, but more sleeper. It has a fully built engine in it (forged pistons, rods, crank, ported heads, 1mm oversided valves, dual valve springs, and ARP main and head studs), but I really wanted to keep it looking stock. There is a local single turbo supra that I really want to go after. He beat a wipple 03 cobra and is now "the king of the streets" around here with 700ish rwhp. I think he may have upgraded to an 88mm turbo by now, but I still want to take a crack at him in my "stock" vr4 .

What kind of TD04 turbo do you plan on running? Anything short of a DR750 and he's gonna win that one. I suppose you could insist on racing from a dig . If I were you I'd do TD05 since the engine is obviously up to the task, then you could beat him from a roll too.

you can race from a roll. 700whp supras aren't good for roll racing until it starts above 40mph. go for a 10mph roll and fuck his shit up.

Oh snap, verry niice. More TD04 billet options I see.

Looking forward to seeing if these beat out the DR650s.

We'll see what it puts down with stock intercoolers first. Then I'll get some upgraded side mount intercoolers for it.

I'd rather go from a roll and preserve my trans. I don't know why, but I didn't put a bell housing brace in this one. I guess I was too anxious to get it running.
