Thank you Levi, that "very nice" cost me a pretty penny. But I think it was worth it.

    Stay away.
I have coin into more than a few LED setups... They all suck compared to HID.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Started out by using feedback to purchase, then went to upper end pricing, and finally tried finding the brightest lumen rating (10K).
They all were week in comparison to the brightness of HID (35w not 55w)

How are yours for light throw? The 10k ones were bright at 3 feet, but get out to where it matters, and they fall short. I should throw one side in, and do a lumen test comparing.

I get high beamed occasionally and they are aimed proper. That's how bright they are.

The cheap LED high beams I just put in have about the same throw as the 65w normal bulbs I removed, they say they draw 45w each, and have 3 LEDs in a triangle shape instead of the normal 2. I wasn't worried too much about throw as I wanted to reduce the draw so I could use that circuit to power an LED light bar in addition to them. Brett has LED bulbs in his cars that are definitely brighter than 35w HID lights, probably on par with 55w. I do not remember what his brand is, but they come from a company he works for that sells and installs strobe systems on cop cars and DOT trucks and the like. Also of note, my high beams are projectors and not normal light housings.

Downside is, the cheap light bar I bought isn't any brighter than the high beams, lol. Hopefully the 55w HID KC daylighters I also mounted will have more throw, lol.

This is the bulbs I have: https://www.ebay.com/p/All-in-One-10...p2047675.l2644

I don't doubt that it was. Had you tried to do the work yourself you probably would have gladly paid more after only being into the job 1/4 of the way.

I knew better than to try. Unfortunately they did not match my thread color like I asked. From what I recearched before taking them the wheel, it should be able to be restitched. Either way a small hurdle to get over.

Re-stitching isn't bad if you go slow. However finding a good heavy duty thread in the right color isn't as easy as taking a trip to the local fabric store though. When I redid my seat I had to settle for a lighter weight thread than I wanted in order to get the proper color match on the suede.
