Pump, injectors and turbos are all matched pretty well. I'd suspect tune before that. With the boost up, probably timing in that area is a bit much.
Are you using load based boost control with the LCDBC? Don't remember if it can do that

Mods: 2g 3k body conversion, 2g Brake upgrade, Rota P45R rims
Projects: Interior sound deadening, 14Bs, forged bottom end, custom radiator and sound mounts

Its not that unusual to see some knock on pump gas, even on a previously good tune. You would have to tune really conservative to NEVER see any knock. If that knock count is repeatable I'd tune it out though.

LCDBC
I had it set to about 18psi but when it got cold it would boost over 20 and I'd get knock so I turned it down. I really need to figure out the computer situation so I can work on this. I might go back to my Greddy BC, it's seems to perform better than the LCDBC.

Paul, best logging setup IMO is the Tactrix 2.0 module you're already using to flash your tune. Just get a microSD and set it up. There's a couple of threads on here about it from Matt and Chris (Forest). Best thing about it is you can set it up to only log pulls (TPS > 80%) and it logs all the time it's plugged in whether or not you think about it. I keep mine plugged in all the time. Since I don't drive the car that much I keep it garaged with a battery tender but the Tactrix can stay plugged in for at least a few weeks before causing any issues with the battery.
For checking your logs just keep access to your Tactrix handy. I keep a micro USB cable plugged into the Tactrix all the time and have the other end routed into the center console. So I just jump in the car with the laptop, pop open the center console and plug in the USB cable. Then I just copy the files from the Tactrix SD card over to the laptop and delete any old logs I've already copied. I keep the latest 1-2 logs just so the Tactrix has to continue creating new unique file names.

looks like I found it
Hell, I may have even left a micro SD card in there from when I borrow it. If so, you should be good to go so long as you have an adapter to look at it in the computer later
