    It started....


    Sorry vid sux. That's with open o2's. Sounds NASTY in person My youngest (2yr) was hysterically laughing he loved it so much

    No leaks. Series2 is bad ass. After cranking up the cold start fuel (e85), barely touch the key and it fires up. Played with hot start and after pulling some fuel out, boom. Starts quicker than my Equinox. Can't wait to get it rolling.

    Still need a 91-92 atx intermediate shaft. Anyone have one?

    I guess, I'm the only one working on their 3S today. Maybe they are all off jackstands and driving?.....yeah right

    Not much time after a late day at office, but changed rear diff fluid (thanks nomie for 6sp diff)
    (cleaned up last month)


    installed the DS (modded yoke for atx and painted last month)


    ...bolted up the atx tcase.....


    Will need to mod downpipe a bit because atx tcase has a section that sits further towards driver side and hits downpipe. Save that for another day. Since I had the downpipe mostly bolted up, I had to hear it and try out my start up tune

    This is after warmed up....PTE1000, e85 (sitting in car all winter), BC280 cams pulling only 4-5psi vac (~half stock cams. psi, not in/hg), 850rpm at 15:1 afr..........f'n love AEM Series2!


    I know, garage is a wreck. Can't wait to get it cleaned up.

    Also ordered a new 91-92 atx intermediate shaft from local mitsu dealer. Bought two used ones but apparently no one can count and send me 27 splined ones from a 93+ instead of the needed 25spline. Should get here Wednesday, then I need to figure out how to swap the bracket/mount and bearing over to the new shaft. Not starting it again until I can get it on the ground and driving for some proper beatdown break in miles.

    Hmm..uh..I sold a couple items today. Pretty much the only 3s thing I did today.
    Have to go to the post office tomorrow to pick up a package and ship these off

    I did a 1-2-3 pull for the first time after the rebuild. She f$%*ing MOVES!!!

    Then tore it apart to replace the front main oil seal... I think the leak is fixed... I also did something very very very dumb but I think I caught myself before any damage was done... I'd rather not talk about that though.

    There is a proper thread tha you must post to about this. It is in the bylaws 168-52-01 small print section...
