I see you lowered it, really makes it look more aggressive even though I know is car is always aimed towards maximum function.

Finally came up with a solution to my "hot start" issue, due to flooding probably, that seems to be working flawlessly.

Odd as when mine was having the hot start issue it would read lean as hell on the wide band. What was your solution?

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Installed Aeromotive stealth fuel pump. Everything was in surprisingly good condition for a 23 year old car. Hanger might have been changed at some point.

Most wide bands show lean until they complete the warm up cycle.

Well - As you know, I have Denso 660cc injectors running Chrome 2.0. We've learned that the start up table look ups don't even refer to latency and injector scaling so I spent some time looking at those start up tables and made some adjustments, but still results weren't positive after driving the car for an extended period of time with coolant temps exceeding 180* F.

My car was always in what appeared to be a flooded state when attempting to start as evident by the exhaust fumes. I would typically raise the hood and disconnect the front injectors and after a few tries the car would start with the gas pedal at 100%.

I later decided to try removing the fuse for the fuel pump relay and got better results.

Therefore, my solution was to fab an interrupt toggle switch between the MFI relay on the right side of the center console and the fuel pump to turn it on and off.

I have my pump hot wired (which probably doesn't help) so my trick is to turn the fuel pump off when ready to turn the car off allowing the car to starve for fuel and cut out. When I start the car again, no matter how hot it was, it starts right back up providing I turn the pump back on.

I have an illuminated switch so there is no mistaking what state the pump is in.

Working like a charm so far.

Much easier than what you were doing for sure. Has this been an issue on others as well?
