I'd be more worried about the sand when it was blasted... but if you mask it all off good you're fine... hence why I said I make damn sure nothing gets down there in the first place.

Today was primarily about getting the damn tie rod end off the passenger side and the new one loosely installed. Waiting for the 2nd one to arrive to do it.
Started loosening the front 13t, have to redo the return gasket on it, however the motor mount bracket gets in the way. Hoping if I loosen the turbo, maybe can get access to loosen/remove the mount, maybe avoid having to drain all the fluids and pull the whole damn thing out.
Mods: 2g 3k body conversion, 2g Brake upgrade, Rota P45R rims
Projects: Interior sound deadening, 14Bs, forged bottom end, custom radiator and sound mounts

I feel your pain. Have a few leaks to fix and no room to fix them

I was thinking about loosening at manifolds too. Seems like the best option.

Installed ID1000 injectors today. Pretty easy had to remove factory clips and replace with the supplied ID clips. Also removed the injector resistor box as these are high impedance injectors. Flashed Chrome with the new settings and started up straight away. Went to do some logging and i only get rear fuel trim rear (mid) -11.328125 and (Low) -0.390625 and 0 on the front fuel trims ? Anyway going to wait till my FMIC arrives go get a downpipe made up then im off to get it dyno tuned.
