    That clutch dust debri looks pretty dry to me, if the OS seal was leaking, you'd see it at the drain area below the shaft. Looks a little wet under the axel seal though-
    Yes your OS looks in great shape, but you really should keep the splines sealed from oxygen with some silicone brake lube or that rust thats forming will tear it to shit.

    Got it ready for Australian NG. Driving from Melbourne to Sydney tomorrow. Approx 900kms. Hopefully there are no issues on the way

    Finally got enough fuel. Once I swapped in the 1000cc injectors I thought I was ok because it wasn't leaning out anymore, but I found out that the Aeromotive Stealth 340lph was tapped out. So in the E85 Walbro went in and I was back in business. Supposedly the aeromotive was only good for 530AWHP on E85 according to a number of dynos on other platforms.

    Once I got it retuned I started turning up the boost again from 18/19 psi and I ended up at 27.5 psi tonight. 1st and 2nd you better hold on. It can definitely get sketchy sometimes keeping it straight. My Quaife and SCE center diffs will make a huge difference once I swap the 5-speed in. 3rd and 4th is more mellow probably because it doesn't run out of gear lightning quick. Lol. I didn't have my FMIC pressure tested that high and ended up developing a flat spot from 5k rpms on. I'm praying this wasn't because of lifting the heads. I did loose some coolant but I've also had a leak I'm not 100% sure got fixed. The oil was clean too.

    I'm glad to have enough fuel now though. I'm still getting a dirty OBDII signal so no rpm vs boost runs yet. The clutch didn't slip one bit so I think I abused it too hard at the track in Sept slipping too much.

    Is that tuned with the arc2 on 1000s?

    Yes. It seems to be working good. I'll be switching to the flashed ECU soon but honestly haven't had much time to do anything to the car. It sat for a few weeks until I changed the fuel pump out. I don't have the WOT AFRs dialed in since I'm running richer than I need to be but it was nice to have enough fuel now. I haven't logged my cruising/low load timing yet to see how far off from stock it is but the car is running fine.

    Well, it's not fast enough yet. I tried turning it up some more but maybe another night. It sucks getting used to the power. I'll end up outgrowing the turbos before I have the time to upgrade but it's still a fun ride don't get me wrong.

    did a little project at work. welded up some cracks and modified it a little. when i get a rotary tool im going to port what little i can for the hell of it... Rear is next.

    Sweet. Get it tuned all the way before you switch it out for the flashed ecu. Let me know how it runs. My heads are at the shop so hopefully I'll have her back running before Christmas.

    Havent posted here in awhile so here's an update. I recently bought new wheels and tires and got some fog lights. The new wheels match my cf hood nicely if you ask me. A couple weeks ago I made a custom tensioner out of parts from ace hardware so I could mount my alternator where my AC used to be. I also ordered a Momo Competition steering wheel, I can't wait for it to come in!
