    Last thing I did today was drop off the flywheel to be machined.
    Tomorrow .. rear main gets replaced and I'll be done for the day when the transmission is bolted back on.

    Now that DLI is unplugged, gapped plugs to .018. Also replaced upper/lower intake gaskets. Shot a nice stream of corn fuel with key on; pinched/broke an injector oring...oops. Ordered new seal kit from FIC. Should have them Friday, so I can finally get some logs to niterydr this weekend.
    1992 Kilder Green VR4 - First 4G swap in a 3S. 2.0, auto, awd. 9.65 at 143mph. Now LS swapped. 8.52 at 162.

    .018. wow thats a tiny gap. Whyd you unplug the DLI just curious?

    Posted a few pages back. It took a crap and was cutting ignition under load. Going to see how far I get without it. Looking at other ign amplifiers but they all seem to have spotty reliability. Just unplugged it from the harness that's still connected to coils, so it's as simple as buying a new one and plugging it in, if I decide to.

    right on. That sucks man. what did you have it gapped to with the DLI?

    isnt it amazing the amount of power these little guys put out. Its really amazing. Looks great guys! I will just have to enjoy my 19T's

    .024 on NGK R5671A-8. Mostly running low boost of 17psi so far. Hit 24psi a couple times with no spark issues. Will see how far new'ish PTU, new'ish Coils, new MSD wires and the plugs take me. Will probably get another DLI after I get over my loss
