I sprayed inside the frame rails with Eastwood's internal frame coating...It's held up exceptionally well on my dd, so I'm confident it'll be perfect for my Stealth.
I also just bought the required tools to do the VSS, so I plan on tackling that & the lash adjusters after the transmission rebuild is done.

Completed the conversion (on my other car) from vr4 to fwd NA including the entire rear subframe. A lot of work.

No, I think that's right. He's swapping the VR4 stuff into his Spyder which was originally an SL.

I am doing 2 conversions at the same time. A VR4 into a FWD auto with the NA rear subframe swap with the parts from the Spyder (now complete). Also converting the Spyder SL into a TT AWD with the parts from the vr4.

Looks odd with the SL rear end on the VR4... I know some will feel I'm crazy for converting the VR4 into and SL Auto but I have good reasons. I've had this VR4 sitting here as a parts car for years. I've tried to sell it for years. Nobody would buy a VR4 shell and even as a completed car it's only worth a few thousand. VR4 are so cheap these days. I wanted the 6 speed and all the parts and did not want to purchase extra to convert the Spyder. I'm driving it around until the Spyder is done then selling it.

Replaced 2 original (20 years old) strut mounts from my '93 Stealth R/T Turbo to make the subtle suspension noise go away. Unfortunately, afterwards, the tie rods went so next I will replace the left front tie rod.

Also installed an exhaust tip to replace the one that fell off somewhere. The 2nd one to fall off since 15 years of ownership.
