Just pulled my rod caps and found two of them had begun to spin. No copper yet, but crank is pretty gouged. Not very happy about it. Trying to decide whether to part it or sell it. Keeping and fixing it isn't really a financial option right now sadly.
Maybe Ninja meant internally, possible the hole inside is smaller eventhough at the top it's much larger? I've never had an issue with it so I'm not sure.
Where did you pick up the MOMO? I looked around awhile back and it was pretty expensive to switch over so I stuck to my black one I got from the 99.
Oh and for the Spyder I continued my endless search for a replacement Blitz type 03... Out of stock and discontinued.

It's an $80 ebay knockoff, the real momo millennium is $400 or something. Thats why I had the custom GTO horn emblem made because it lacked the authentic momo emblem. Definitely worth the money as it's very close to the original. It also appears 'GTO' factory standard now.

Did you need to use some kind of hub adapter? How does the material feel compared to stock?
Oh and I'm not sure your aware of this but your steering wheel is on the wrong side. Need to fix that.

Yeah the material is good, feels similar to stock, just like any leather wheel I guess.
I bought a boss kit/hub adapter and a quick release add on adapter, all from the same seller on ebay where I bought the steering wheel from.
As far as comparing it to the original, the only main differences i'm aware of is that it obviously doesn't have the 'Momo - made in Italy' and date stamp engraved on the back of the wheel, and it comes with a generic gay horn button that says 'horn' lol instead of 'momo'
So I had these made to the correct size:
And the final result was this:
All I need to do is wire in the horn button, clear the SRS light, and might try installing it without the quick release adapter to see if it feels better because it will be about an inch closer to the dash without it...
At this stage I don't plant to reinstall the cruise control controls as I never use it. It can be done though, a few have just relocated it underneath the headlight stalk...

Your momo was on the wrong side of the car so I fixed it.
LOL that would be alright, apart from the main cluster reading backwards and the wrong way around
