Don't forget to check the washer behind the axle nut, it should have a slight conical shape to it.

finished abs delete today. left alot of room there so I figured could be a good Place to route some cold air for the intake.

had to take the rear turbo out which was kind of a bitch but good to have done for future upgrades. took a pic comparing euro 11b vs us 9b. 9b has more smaller blades. 11b has fewer larger blades.

Let me see if we have any new ones to snap a picture of. But most definitely should have a slight cone shape to it, which I believe is to help keep tension on the nut or similar, not 100% positive though.

Correct, similar to the heat bolt washers.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Not a great shot of the conical shape, but I'll try to get into the inventory and snap a picture this afternoon.

Dropped it off at the body shop this weekend. I should soon have a better idea as to the extent of the damage from being rear ended just before the NG.

I ordered some new ones. I'm making shims to allow the cotter pin hole to line up at the correct torque, too.

heh, I don't even torque them, impact them until I feel they are tight enough, done. I probably torque to 500 ft-lbs, lol.

I don't torque mine either. I tighten with a breaker bar and tighten til it feels right.

As for what I got done. I got a few more things cleaned up and on the engine. Gapped the plugs and installed them.

Starting to look more like an engine now

More detailed update is in my thread.
