drilled/tapped all the bolts that I broke removing the bumper, side skirt and fender.

Finally figured out that awful noise coming from the front of the car.... After pulling the accessory belt assembly apart like 20 times replacing all pulleys, AC compressor, Belt, Etc. I decided to check driveline and found the drivers intermediate shaft bearing was toast! Bearing was grinding had about an inch of up/down shaft play and the dust guards where scraping the mount which makes the same sound the AC compressor does when the clutch is failing.....

Spent my afternoon / evening playing with cardboard, working with multiple templates to get one just right....This is the final product:





Now to take it to Line-X.

Ouch! I had to spot weld an e- brake bracket. 2 hrs to fix the welder, 5 min to weld the bracket.

IIRC that ball bearing is a 'loose fit' bearing- I think due to the close proximity to the downpipe. The tolerance of that particular bearing would be denoted in the # stamped on it, & I wouldn't stray from that fit if you cant get the factory one.
