The car is running on the rich side at WOT. Next up retune and have the new seat covers installed.

It is the CAN gauge for the Proefi ecu and was around 400 if i remember right. You use the up and down arrows to scroll through the different sensors and can make minor adjustments to some parameters.

You're using proefi? If you don't mind me asking who did the install and approx what did it cost? I an very interested as there are quite a few guys using it with flex fuel with great success.

FSR did the install for me and I was offered a special price for being one of the first to purchase. I think normal price is around 4000-4500 depending on what accessories you want. The cost is high, but I am very happy with it so far.

Now I just need some new vents. Not bad for $50 bucks.

I got a small coolant leak to narrow down and then install the front splitter and then wash off all this dust! ETS fmic was pretty easy to install. Only modification needed was the vacuum hose barb would hit the cas so I got a 90* barb and the front turbo tuber pipe needed to be cut. Ended up using the stock one and cutting it down since it had the better angle.

Very cool. I like the stock look. Put some stocker wheels back on and nobody will know!

Well, taking a break (of sorts) from the upgrading side of things (primarily because I've been stuck waiting a few days for a new valve spring compressor that UPS refuses to deliver because of the weather even though there was no snow on the ground here..fucking pussies.)

At any rate, looking at the FSM for overhauling the parking brake assembly (due as my shoes are worn beyond limits and car has 170k miles anyhow) and it looks like it's going to be a PITA. Is the back plate/dust shield there necessary or can that be removed? Worst case, I can trim it if need be. Lacking some of the specialized tools for doing the parking brake overhaul, but doesn't look like it'd be too terrible to replicate (I hope.) Likely going to follow the FSM for overhauling the rear axles/drive shafts. while I'm at it.

The parking brake shoes are about the same as doing any other drum brake job, not that hard.
