I put mine in the rear section of the test pipe. When I had it at the merge of the front and back it was getting overheated as soon as I gave it any throttle. I figured test pipe would be easiest since I could pull it out to have it done and there is more clearance for where the cat was.

Bought a flex fuel sensor from local GM dealer. They even had the one I wanted (13577429) in stock and gave me the wholesale price. Procrastinating on pulling dash.

When you do pull it, you get the best access to any wiring changes you might need to make.

Nothing to the Stealth or the GP for that matter. My mom asked me to check out her Caliber though. Said the brakes started grinding last night. I find a minor gouge stripe around the left front before I even get the wheels off. Go to break the lug nuts loose and start cussing. The mother effers who put her tires on last summer impacted the sh!t out of the lug nuts when they put them back on. I had to use a cheater pipe on the breaker bar to break them loose. When the lug nut squeaks and pops as it breaks free that means its too f@cking tight.

I told my mom that if she goes back there to get tires that she needs to tell Jimmy that if they impact the lug nuts like that again I will personally go down there and punch them in the face.

Anyway, I got the lug nuts off and went to take the caliper bolts off. Took left front off no problem. Go to right front and top bolt breaks free. Bottom bolt just breaks.

I ended up having to take the caliper bracket off and run over to my uncle's place and heat the ever living hell out of it with a torch to get the rest of the bolt out. Got online, ordered the pads and the bolt kit. Ran to Advance to pick it up and I guess the system made an error so I got a free upgrade from the silver pads to the gold ones.

Came back, put the brakes back together and anti-seized the hell out of the slider bolts.

My mom asked me if I would rotate the tires while I was working on the car anyway, so I plan on that too. I grab the cheater pipe and go to the left rear and got 4 of the 5 broke loose. The 5th stripped the cheap ass chrome cap off it and it is giving me a hell of a time trying to get something else hammered onto it so I can get it broken loose. Of course it started raining so I had to come inside because I was getting soaked.

If the rain doesn't stop in the next hour or so I am just going to go out, put it all back together and worry about that damn lug nut and rotating tires until another day.

What pics you looking for? I'm tearing dash apart right and have some exterior enhancements coming next week, so I'll take a few more pics after that is complete. Here is one Vira took at NG (I photochopped a billboard out of the background)...

Hood vent is from a Ford GT500. 2" section out of middle to fit in cowl.
