I think the rear oil return line but can't tell. Used oil pan I bought has the return fitting moved all the way to pass side so its behind the Tcase. Have to remove dr half shaft to remove downpipe so that I can get to Tcase. Tcase is a major pain because one bolt hole seems to be off just a hair and took me an hour to get on. Hopefully I know the trick now.
Not sure when I will be motivated enough to do that since it is finally on all 4 wheels now. It won't be today!
^ After seeing everyone else leak from their return gaskets I didn't take the chance. Those were the only things I put sealant on when the FSM didn't call for it.
Ditching those fucking gaskets is the best part of welding on AN fittings.
But I always use sealant on the oem shit without issue.
Mine actually is a welded on AN fitting already. I made a new line again because mine had kinked a little so maybe something isn't tight. It's definitely leaking somewhere above Tcase, and dripping down off of it. I'll get under it tomorrow night and start pulling parts off......again
Edit: It wasn't the return line. It was the pan. Yet to determine if I have to pull it and reseal.
Oil leak found and fixed. Put a 10 mile break-in beat down on it tonight.10psi on multiple occasions in 1,2,3rd. 16psi in 2nd a couple times. All good!
New trans seems to have taken care of vibration, but we'll see if it shows up while cruising at 75-80 like it did before. Adj clutch (per Jack's trans method) and it helped the shifting, but not perfect.
