No A/C in the Corolla so drove the VR-4 to work. Nice cold air and fun to drive. Lots of police out today.

Finally started to get ready to pull the trans. Driver axle, and starter are left. Now I remember why I let it sit for so long, heh. Damn bolts. And my fracken tie-rod ends are stuck, no matter how hard I hammer and even a fork that was a little too big wont get them out.
If I get a smaller fork, who thinks it possible for the tie-rod to come apart? Should I have a shop dick with it instead?
1. never use a fork
2. pop the lower ball joint
We're still very much in a drought, but we've been getting a lot of HEAVY rain lately. You never realize how much you miss the smell of rain until you go without it for like 6 months.
So with all the rain, it's like 85 degrees at 100% humidity. Been sweating balls leaning over the VR4 trying to find ways to fit my DR intake tubes and figure out what size filters to get. Ironically, the way they fit best on my set up is with the one designed for the front in the rear and vise versa. That's assuming this can of brake clean sufficiently simulates a skinny filter and I'm correctly envisioning what 45 degree couplers are going to do... LOL

I know but I need to replace them.
How the hell am I suppose to get it out? haha.. I don't have a torch to heat it up...
And I don't want to drill it out because the new one wouldn't go back in correctly...
And I don't want to get new hubs, because money...
Bigger hammer.

Eh I would but the fuel tank to fuel rail is all stock. I had a 3SX dual pump/feed setup but had to sell it to pay for the car so I'm on the stock FPR or else I would try that. I will be buying the lines, fittings, and filter soon for a dual pump setup. I have everything else right now.
