I swapped in a high flow cat thinking it would help quiet down cruising but it didn't at least not noticeable enough. My other option is to install a 3.5" resonator or swap out the aeroturbine mufflers for something quieter but that involves cutting and welding so I'm going to put the old 3" exhaust in despite it necking down to dual 2.5". I'm not making enough power right now for it to be an issue anyways.
I also installed the Skillard fuel/brake line cover. Very easy install and a nice product. My plastic protector was all jacked up. Now if only the rest of the car underneath looked new.![]()

Sounds like what I did when I replaced my engine mounts. I forgot the bracket at the bottom of the rear precat, and installed everything (radiator, ic pipes, heat shields, etc...) decided to leave the exhaust for last. Went to bolt on the downpipe and knew instantly why the downpipe didn't fit. Horrible day.

Drove it for the 1st time in about 6 weeks. Had to get it transported on a truck from Cairns to Melbourne. Then it sat for a few weeks cus I was too busy and the battery went flat. Jump started it and went for a drive. Now I need to find time to install new turbos, intercoolers, injectors, fuel pump..... the list goes on.......

Today is a continuation from yesterday for me. Finished disconnecting everything necessary to pull the motor, deleted the A/C system entirely, deleted cruise control, deleted all vacuum lines, deleted the P/S cooler line to the front of the car. Pulled the motor and tranny together. Dropped in my old 9:1 engine and tranny with an LSD from my white 94 VR4 (it was in an accident). Started putting everything back together. Axles, exhaust, transfer case, oil cooler, are connected and the wheels are back on it and its on the ground. I should have it started and running (I hope) by next weekend.
Worked on it with the guys from 2pm to 4am
Today I'm just going to be connecting more stuff.
i would have never guessed tN have skylines registered. 3 of them in one spot. damn them r33's are sexy. man u guys have it easy when it comes to hondas in your town lol. everybody and i mean everybody in the state of az rocks hondas. they know nothing about anything else lol. but beware of those little k series buckets of rice lol. those can hang around for a while.

Theres at least 20 that showed up to import alliance last year. TN is nissan US head quaeters.so ALOT of nissan employees and heavy enthusiest. Makes it easy to get connections
