How about provide an address, wait for a verification code in the mail, and PM Alan the code?

I like the idea, but I think this would cost the site quite a bit for all of the postage? Ya know? Think if 1000 people applied at $.44 each, that would be $440.

Took option 2 but would like some other verification. Like someone else on the forum knows you or something like that.

Voted for #3. Maybe it is just my computer, but your poll is in dark blue on dark grey, can't see crap unless it is highlighted.

I think option 3 is the only way it should be done. This way buyers and sellers can have a little more confidence that they aren't going to have some punk rip them off. If you aren't planning to rip someone off, then providing your address and proof of who you are shouldn't be a problem. Just my 2 cents

Yes polls have a problem with the dark color style. One more thing to fix I'll be working on that tonight
