Do i need a oil and tranny cooler?

I just recently tt'ed my car. It's a 93 atx. I read around that the oil cooler was not needed on the conversion so I skipped it. So after a couple of runs in the car the oil gets really thin and hot. I'm not sure if its because of a shitty tune because I have no way to tune it as of now. Also the transmission seems to start to act up after awhile of driving. There was some shavings but nothing I didn't expect. I'm going use this tranny cooler from off of a caravan I have out back and hope that helps the transmission out a lil but as far as the thine oil goes should a cooler fix that as well? My oil pressure gauge has to be messed up to because its reading very low oil pressure but the light doesn't come on. What do you guys think?

    Thanks

i would not run my car without a trans cooler and oil cooler. period.

the stock oil gauge is worthless. get an aftermarket one. and i'd throw a magnetic inline filter on the trans while you're at it. i will swear by my trans cooler & filter's effectiveness.
