    Pearl Yellow vs Pearl Red

Sup guys, Ive just got a 99 bumper and a Victory hood and Im getting ready to paint my Good ol' 2g TT. But I find myself stuck in between two colors.

A keep it pearl yellow like it is now.

Or paint it like the following with a dark pearl red, with some black strips.

Ill be getting some black wheels to go with it right after paint. So what do you guys think?

And how much is the pearl yellow a quart? And where could I get some?

The yellow will the significantly cheaper to do.

You are looking at a minimum $1200 - $1500 in paint alone for the red.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

What Coop said, however if you can do the price of the paint, I would definitely go red. It looks very sharp with the black stripes.

You have to figure in extra cost for door jams, under the hood etc if you do a color change.

As for getting the paint, any local auto paint store will be able to mix it. You just need the paint code off your firewall.

I could make that price, barely. But Im still debating it, because the yellow is the original color and its full of controversy. Which is what I like. But I really like that red with black strips too.

And yeah, Ive thought about that Stealthee. The engine bay and doors, trunk too. May be more of a pain in the ass than what Im looking for. Because me and a friend will be painting it in a booth.
