You don't really need to. You will just have a "unverified" tag under your name instead of a "verified" tag. Of course people will be lees likely to trust you when buying something then.

I am gonna pass on them. Mine are about the same or better.

I would say between $275 and $350 depending on the extent of decay on them. But that's just what I would give. Remember they are about $50 per to ship.
