3S National Gathering 2011 Registration

The registration for the 2011 3S National Gathering is OFFICIALLY open!

This year, we expect our best turnout ever with the addition of the Pace Lap at IMS, honoring the 20th Anniversary of the year the Stealth should have been the pace car. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity (especially since the 20th anniversary will only happen once!). We hope everyone will make it out to participate.

There are many events scheduled for this NG that we're not willing to tell you about just yet... Let's just say you'll have a few surprises along the way.

Some changes to the registration process are in effect this year. First, we've lowered weekender guest and event rates. We've kept all full registrations at the same prices as last year, and we've included the pace lap at no additional charge.

When you pay for your registration, you'll be given a group number to use with the hotel. The hotel does not have the group reservation under a name, so you MUST use this number. It's the ONLY way they can identify you as a part of our group.

There are two hotels this year. They're literally in an L shape, not connected, but not separated by much, either. Both are very nice, one with a few more amenities than the other. They're closer to the tracks and the car show, and in a better area than the one last year. We hope you'll be pleased.

have you not accepted payment yet? I paid with the "early crowd" but it hasnt come out of my account yet. Also us earlybirds, I dont think we got any info about the hotels, at least I didnt.

Also, is the login info their 3SGTO username/password? Will their username/password from "the other site" work for logging in to the NG site?

Let's see if I can answer all questions thus far....

First, no early registration this year because registration didn't start early. Beyond that, it's WAY easier on us not to do it and helps us with budgeting and keeping costs lower. It benefits everyone this way. We hope everyone gets that.

If you paid already and did so properly, then the hotel information should show up on your totals page. Go check it out... If not, I haven't added all payments in yet (as you know, we weren't exactly prepared to be found out, although we fully expected it to happen - thanks, Phil!). If it's an e-check, it takes longer to go through. I know a few of those are in the PayPal system.

Login needs to be with your 3SGTO username/password. The OTHER site won't allow us to use it from there. They claim we're storing them to later use them for some sort of damage. We're also not allowed to promote the registration over there, which means we need your help getting the word out. Please make sure everyone you know is aware of the NG and the opportunities out there this year.

I think that does it. I'll check back as often as I can to answer more questions. Please.... If anyone has registration questions, PLEASE post them here. Chances are someone else has them to and you'll help save me time by not having to respond to six emails all asking the same questions. I don't mind, but I'm finding this event very difficult to plan with my schedule such as it is... Any help is greatly appreciated. I don't want to feel this overwhelmed by the time the event arrives...
