funny how matt m. is all about the arc-2; and ray p. is all about the safc2+maft.

imho, 6 of one, 1/2 dozen of the other.

??? as in who? that would be the first I have herd of it. And seeing how they have been on my car for 2 yrs, and I made and sold them you would think I would be the first to here of something like this?

Or are you talking about pressure pulsing at light throttle that nearly every 3/s car with a FMIC does no matter what turbos it has from 9b's to TD-05's to DR1000's....

That pressure poulsing that twin turbo cars with FMIC's get, and turbo "compressor surge" are 2 TOTALY different things.

There are 2 ways to make a car fast.
#1 use the Right combo of parts
#2 Throw so much money at it that the car has no choice but to be fast.
    I choose #1

I believe he's talking about the pressure surging that we're all getting with a FMIC. It can be very annoying, we've tossed around the idea of Ray's balance tube to remedy it, but do you have any insight on the problem and possible cures to it? I really don't wanna cut holes in my IC pipes to fit a balance tube if it's not gonna solve the issue. Sounds like it's kinda a hit and miss fix with that, works for some, but not for others.

^precisely. and i don't think it's limited to FMIC's--although it seems to be more prevalent with them.

That is real surge, what we all get at low rpm's is just an annoyance.
