i would put a stock hood back on my car before i put on a top-secret. you can't fix fugly. and it doesn't go with ANY rear wing, other than perhaps an aluminum one.

maybe someday i'll pull a scoob & put scootie vents in a stock hood, fix the slight amount of "offset", and have the best of both worlds.

Top Secret > Scootie any and all days. A scootie works on a Neon because its bubbly. It just doesn't work on a 3s.

And the GT300 works on a 3s because its aggressive. Period.

You are one of very few people who actually thinks the Scootie looks good so you are the one in the minority here, not me. Just because a Scootie hood is curvy doesn't mean it looks good on a 3s.

i don't care what the "majority" opinion is. if the only way the gt-300 would look good on a 3/s is if it had a bumper like this one or something similar:




it's square, it's sharp, it's angular. it doesn't flow at all with 3/s curves. period. i don't give a flying fuck what anyone else says. if you don't like the scootie2, fine--that's perfectly fine. doesn't change the fact that stock > gt-300.

maybe if you dressed your car up in a bunch of gaudy shit (square fenders, angular bumper, bomex sideskirts, etc), it might look good. it simply does NOT flow with curves. put one on a STOCK 2g stealth and tell me it works with the lines. then once you do, tell me the name of your dope dealer; because he's selling some good shit.

You are the one getting all pissy because no one likes your hood. 3/S owners in the vast majority don't do rice. The number one car that has the GT300 is Jay's (VR4ever) and its apparently clear that 3s owners love his car since he pulled a ROTY and won several awards at 3/s gatherings. His car is far from rice.

You're arguments are hilarious to try to defend your eclectic tastes. If you like your hood thats your opinion, I, as well as most, don't. If that bothers you then you are the one with issues, not us.
