Angry 97 looks better than angry 99 IMO, I still like both, but think the 97-98 is a little more aggressive looking

this. except that that's a duraflex, not a 97-98. i'm hoping to improve that look.

This is the Duraflex bumper which is very similar the 97-98 bumper.

My next and hopefully final version will be 99 front end with 99 headlights and top secret evil eye.

I had the body shop cut the bumper so that when I got my fmic I'd have more flow but at the time I didn't have the crash bar removed.

Yes I'm aware that the white bumper is a duraflex bumper, also similar to the Torino v2 bumper. I was simply stating that I like the 97-98 with angry eye better than the 99 front fascia with same. I was thinking of trying out a duraflex/torino v2 since it has a large opening and shares the 97-98 styling, but I don't wanna deal with Fiberglass on a semi DD, so I'm going with stock 97-98 cover.

same reason i'm going with a urethane bumper on my car.

fwiw though, i think the top-secret looks like shit on a 2g. i'm not even sure it works well on a 1g. it's just WAY too angular for a 3/s. i'd put a pitroad m hood on there before a top secret.

I like the idea of the Top secret hood, and would do scoote2, but the vents are as you say a little skewed. I'm still trying to decide what hood to go with for 2g conversion next summer.

Top secret is one of the better functioning hoods out there and I think it goes well with the rear wing of your choice, not to mention evil eye is angular as well. I think it goes pretty damn good, better then scoote2 hood, now that hood is fugly because like mh3kgt said its too skewed.
