I found this 99 3000gt in a junk yard with the front end all smashed In

there was a 92 or 93 black vr4 with 100k miles on it in our local junk yard that was turned into for cash for clunkers i got acouple parts of it befor they crushed it tho

The car I got my engine out of It was a 92 3000GT in MINT condition with about 70,000Km on it before a little girl that just got her license T-boned it while she was texting. I know the owner and he was happy that his engine was going into my car of all that it could have gone into. The worst part is that the little bitch actually got out and started screaming at HIM for it, she thought it was his fault lol.

if it had been my car she'd hit, i'd be in prison. i would have reached for the closest blunt object & re-arranged her sinus cavity with it. that, or i'd have arranged for her phone to be a permanent fixture in her head.

OP: that's a 99 base. not a spectacularly huge loss. if the garnish is gone, there's pretty much nothing else that is worth much. HOWEVER...

if they have one of those rubber thingys which routes the 3rd brake wiring under the hatch, i could use it.

Agreed though, a base 99 isn't much of a loss. Had it been a VR-4 though... Shit would hit the fan.
