What kind of power are you looking to make? We have a bunch of turbo options... all made out of brand new turbos (no rebuilt core upgraded stuff). We're also testing out a new bolt-on turbo setup and should have some numbers in the next couple of weeks.
Circa 2005... Oh my, how far I've come

i have done many setups and have never had a turbo fail in under 1k miles. ive ran 3 sets of dr500's without any issue(exept #6detonating and sending chunks thru them) from the install. both turbos failed and since dr likes to bend you over for shipping i cant afford to have then rebuild these. they want over 200 just to ship a set of turbos to ak. by the time we paid for rebuilding and shipping we can buy a new set. i like matt i just can no longer support his shipping habit, lol.

Td04 rebuild kits are relatively cheap, what`s the turbines/compressors/housings like?. As long as you index the wheels before removing them you shouldn`t need to ballance them afterwards.

EDIT, missed that they`re puking coolant into the exhausts so the centre housings are knackered as you say.

If you haven't found a source for either a rebuild kit, or a new turbo let me know because we might be able to help you out.

What's your guys price on genuine Mitsubishi rebuild kits for a TD04? I need to rebuild my 15g's and was just wondering if it would be worthwhile to get an MHI kit instead of an ebay or gpopshop one for ~$50ish

The standard/minor TD04 kit is $49.99 plus shipping/tax and the complete/major rebuild kit for the flatback or the superback is $89.98 plus shipping/tax. We use only parts that are made in the United States or the UK that meet or exceed all OEM standards so while not genuine Mitsubishi these are top of the line rebuild kits. If you're going to the work of rebuilding you might as well use good parts. I'm pretty sure we are lower in price than gpop, but I don't know about Ebay, or the quality of the kits there. We stock these so I could have it to you in two days. Thanks for checking.

Thanks for the reply, I may get back to you on a few kits depending on what I find with my turbos.
