    Valve Steam Seals?

I've literally driven my car maybe 5 times since I bought it in December since it was being repaired the entire time. Today, as I was pulling away from a light, my girlfriend in the car behind me noticed a tiny bit of blue smoke in the exhaust. It wasn't even enough to make it out of the exhaust pipe.

    Is this caused by VSS?

I just had a ton of work done on the car, and it sucks if it is...

Last month I had the following done on my stock VR4:
    60k Maintenance
    3sxecutioner turbos
    550cc Injectors
GM Maf blow through with Dejon pipes
    Boost Controller
    Walbro Fuel Pump
    Fuel Hotwire Kit
    Krank Vents
    Catch Can

And probably some other stuff, I can't even remember it all right now.

If it is the VSS, I'm going to be mad since they could have replaced them when they did the 60k maintenance. Also, anyone in the NC area want to help replace them for some money if they are bad?

I'm pretty damn close to getting rid of this car and never coming back to a 3s again . I love them so much, but this has been 8 years of torture trying to get one to work right.

    Thanks for the help.

Will it cause any damage if it puffs a bit of blue smoke every now and then?

Na man your cool... Its bad if theres a constant flow of it or whitish smoke... But if its a little puff now and then its cool!!!! Now this does not go the same for drugs... Even a puff is bad!!!!! lol

But like stated above its all good!!

Whew, thanks a bunch guys. I was starting to freak out because VSS replacement seems a bit costly. I already blew all of my money on getting turbo replacements + all the supporting mods.

When I did the VSS replacement in my sl it was only an additional 200... So I mean it didnt make or break me... But a little puff of blue smoke/white smoke is all good...

When ever we went to MOD in Normal, IL this year a member in our club had a 94rt/tt that the thing smoked man!!! I am talking we were in a line at an idle and the bitch would choke you out like an 18 wheeler just smogged your ass!!!

Haha, yea my car did that too before getting my turbos replaced. It burnt nearly all of the oil out in under 50 miles. It was thick smoke for about 20 miles solid.
