    I don't think balancing will be a big issue. It is amazing what a wheel shop can do with a grinder...

    assuming that there's relatively equivalent amounts of material applied to all the spokes, balancing shouldn't be a problem.

    yea thats what im hoping. 4 layers of resin evenly brushed on and then sanded flat should be ok,well i hope you never know until you try these things and im a trier haha

    yea they look stunning and worth more than my car probably there was a japanese site i saw a while back that done coloured carbon coatings on the wheels looked amazing,ill need to try and find that site again

    Coopkill has CF looking paint on his valve cover. That could be another option for people wanting this look.

    Edit: I don't know if you could get that CF 3D look from that though.

    If I would have done the base powder coat in black instead of silver my intake and covers would look just like this:



    I chose the silver because it "popped" more to the eye...
