Ok, looking at that pinout, 101 and 106 are grounds, 102 is power supply, so do I remove the ECU, connect the battery, jumper pins 101, 106 to interior chassis? Then pins 51, 52, 60, 61 are the injectors, so I jump 102 power supply to each of the injector pins while having my test light connected to injector connector and see if it lights up, if so, then the harness side of things is good, leading me to believe it's the ECU that's bad?
