    Radiator fan wont turn on

Okay so I had to replace my heads. So I took everything apart got it fixed and put back together, drove the car and noticed that the big fan wont turn on. All of the connections are hooked up. I checked the little fan by turning on the AC and that one works, so do you think that the big one just crapped out?

There is a heat sencing unit on the fan or radiator which cuts in and out to let the engine maintain operating temperature. If this is faulty, the fan will never go on and the car will overheat.

The temp sensor for the fan is in the radiator on 1g and in the water housing on 2g.

Which one should I replace? Both just to make sure? I am assuming that the white plug goes to the white connection and the black to the black, just to clarify that I'm not retarded. It's a 1g.

I'm not sure on the colors, but the two wire sensor is for the fan, the one wire sensor is for the gauge.

The sensors are on the bottom of the radiator aren't they? I have 2 connections that go from the bottom of the radiator to the big fan.

Sounds like a plugged radiator. I could be thinking wrong here but I think its if the top hose is cold and then the thermostat is at fault.
