i believe i have already posted this before, i followed exactly what stealth316 said and tested it. the iac is perfectly fine but someone still recommanded on a new one so i bought a new one and put it on the car. the problem is not the iac...

the problem isnt the ecu either. took pics of the capacitor and other members said my ecu looks fine.
