    Nylon Hose sleave

I am lookin' for a colored Nylon Hose sleave to cover my a/c line. I used to have a website saved that made this stuff and I can't find it. Can anyone help me out?

p.s. It's the braided nylon sleave that is split down one side so you can just slip it over the hose. Without having to take it off.

    Thanks

do you have any pics of what it looks like? all i can think of is the flexi-hose that linchpin has in his car; or silicone hose--similar to what samco makes for radiators.

Here's the best I can do.

It's split down one side so you can just slip it on the line.

you'd have to search for more. there's a lot of "braided wire loom" but most of it is NOT the kind with a split to insert wire into. braided loom is only one type of "colored" organizing solution available though...

I found those, thanks. I guess the key word is colored. I'm lookin' for some red. I also noticed that they don't show sleeving with a very big diameter.

ah...red. that helps. i've found LOTS of black. and chrome.

let me look. the only thing i've seen in red--so far--has been regular split wire-loom (not the braided stuff, the corrugated stuff).

    *edit*

i got nothing. if you want red, you have to go with expandable braid. if you can settle for black, you can go with split braid. i've found NOTHING for split red braid.

I use the braided split sleeve on my car but I've never seen it come in any colors. I get all I want of it from work. But here's a couple link to it.

I may have to think of changing what I had in my head for under the hood.
