Thank's for the kind comments, the mods were done with the bumper removed, once removed the bumper ends tend to widen, if you intend to fill in the moustache you must jig the bumper width to the exact measurement as when fitted to the car, I used a long wooden batten screwed to the bumper ends to hold it in position.
I cut out the area between the fog lamps and used 4 inch plastic pipe to create the driving lamp apertures, the central area was cut up to the lower moustace line and wide to enough to accomodate the fmic, effectively to what ever size fmic you have fitted
On the maustache area I scuffed and drilled a series of holes over the area above and below the moustache line for the bodyfiller to adere to, also filling/overlapping above and below the moustace area.
The central mouth was created using metal and fibreglass and resin to bond it to the bumper, the finer details were done with body filler.

    Tony

Mine too. I fell in love with his car when I saw it in the 3S calendar. I so want that bumper. Too bad it's completely custom.

We discussed this on the other site and I think we came to the conclusion that he shaved the mustache. Then we think that he cut the 1st gen center section out and put a 99 center section in.
