Yup washer fluid.

I finally had mine go off after i filled the fluid up for the first time since I've owned the car (2 years ~5 months ago) before driving to college in rain and snow.

I was actually surprised the bulb didn't burn out after all that time of constantly being on.

Yep, coolant is the "roman building", and shows up under the SRS light. If you filled the front tank and the light is still on, check that the rear tank is filled too.
