    vented hood mould

as some of you know i was going to make a mould of the old hood i cut and welded a few years back when gabber did the same mod to his with the eye lids on it,lasted me a year before it started to crack along the vents where i tack welded it,well eventually got round to starting fibreglassing this hood sprayed some red over the filler and then waxed it all up ready for the resin.
put a layer of gelcoat on first then started to build up the layers of fibreglass and strengthened with some wooden straps to strengthen the mould and stop it warping. heres some pics of the process just now before i get it pva'd and set up for casting.
