So I finally got the car on the road today to do some tuning and logging runs. For the most part the car runs good. I think I need to check the plugs and re-gap them. I'm getting a little sputtering when going WOT.
Here are the stats on MODS on the car/engine:
93 TT Rebuilt from ground up
Car is full TT/AWD but the block is N/A 10:1
TT ECU, Fuel, Etc
Walbro full -6an fuel lines from tank forward
Fuel Lab FPR at 55psi
Stock Coils/Plug wires Copper Plugs gaped at 32??? I think Need to double check
Stock intake, SMIC, turbos Set at 6psi for initial tuning
SAFC2
AEM WB Wired into EGRT on ECU for logging.
I took a look at the logs afterwords and only saw a few spots where I am getting knock. They are kind of random and I am wondering if it is even something I should be concerned about. I am going to richen it up a little between the 3000-4700 range, what I am really concerned about is that it is not very consistent. If you look at the logs I have the pulls highlighted it green and the knock in red. If you compare the pulls the knock starts earlier on in the RPM range and later on in the higher RPM range. I would have figured it to be more consistent.
So what are you opinions.
For some reason the WBO is logging in degrees instead of AFR! Anyone know how to fix this? It shows correctly on the MMCD.
Here is the first log. It's huge and has multiple pulls and cruising data. I did not format this log. For some reason when I go above 50% throttle I started getting bad knock in the 2300-2600 rpm range. if I steady throttle into it I don't get the knock......WTH???

Here is the last run I did. I did go through and format this one and strip out all the crap data and highlighted the pulls.
