    option B:

buy a black wing, and install it yourself using a tape-measure and the stock holes for reference. then paint any exposed metal from the old wing & jb weld plastic-cap or tape over the old holes. (LOTS of threads on this from guys who have done it).

option C: same as above, but buy any color wing & rattle-can it.

I am not so worried about getting it on. It's more so about getting the brake light to work without me messing something else up. I figure I can get my mechanic to do that.. since he is helping with the motor issue.

I am sure it doesn't take TOO long to put on a spoiler, right?

if you want it straight, it does. lol

joking aside, the hardest part is welding the old holes shut, grinding them smooth, finishing them off, priming, and painting for a stock-finish. If you really don't care how clean of a job it is, some rubber circular plugs and call it a day.

    this^

as far as the brake light? all 3/s's should have wiring to the hatch for a 3rd brake light. it's either on the wing, or inside the window; but it IS there.

all you'd need to do is splice it and run it back to wherever you mount the center post for the wing. the wiring should still, ideally, be covered by the interior hatch panel.

The third brake light will plug right in if you use a factory wing. You really can't screw it up.

he's 100% right, it should plug right in. but since i've only taken apart my 3kgt, i can't say for certain if the wiring from the stealth banana is long enough to reach. ditto for 99/stealth base interior 3rd brake lights.

I assure you, I can make things that should work.. not work. And I am digging the wing to NOT be in the stock location so...
