The Lightbox image module seems to not be working for images that are hot-linked.

When you click on my images they just disappear and nothing but a small box shows. Mt images gallery processes my image links to show low res images but when you click on the image it takes you to the full res copy. Since we can't click on the images they never get to see the full res copy!

Can you disable it all together as most of the time is does not work on DD or Chrome and it really looks bad and bogs down the browser when it does work. Plus it really slows down the server as it uses AJAX to process the full res image form the server.
